Typical Programme
Pre-Departure Briefing
Navigation plan, weather analysis, crew roles, and safety brief.
Offshore Passage
48–72 hours at sea, covering 200–400 nautical miles depending on route.
Watch System
Full 24-hour watch rotation — you navigate, helm, and handle sails.
Debrief & Logbook Sign-Off
Instructor signs your logbook entries. All miles are RYA-certifiable.

A 3-day round passage through the tidal waters of the Strait of Gibraltar. Depart from Sotogrande Marina, overnight in the Spanish enclave of Ceuta, cross to Tangier on day two, and return home on day three — logging RYA-certifiable miles in genuinely varied conditions.
